U.S. Full-Price Items
- Returnable within 14 days if unworn and in original condition.
- Store credit (preferred) includes a 15% courtesy incentive.
- Refunds to original payment are available upon request and subject to a $50+ restocking fee, as permitted by law.
US Sale Items (up to 40% off)
- Eligible for store credit only. No refunds.
Final Sale Items are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit.
- Any Items discounted 40%+is considered a FINAL SALE ITEM.
- Couture items, special order items, and items originally priced $2,500+ are considered FINAL SALE ITEMS.
International Orders
- International Orders are eligible for exchange / store credit only up to 40% off.
- International orders that are discounted 40%+ are FINAL SALE ITEMS ONLY.
Fit Exception
Prior approval can be granted, and is required to purchase two adjacent sizes to try the fit (ie a size 6 and a size 8), with one eligible for return.
