How can I track my order?
We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships.
When will my order ship?
We ship Monday through Friday excluding corporate holidays. We aim to ship orders placed before 12pm EST the same day. Please be aware that any orders placed after 12pm EST on Fridays will ship the following Monday.
We provide an estimated delivery date with all orders upon checkout and on your tracking confirmation e-mails. We expect that your order will be delivered within this timeframe, however, please be aware that circumstances outside of our control with the selected carrier can cause delays.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns purchased from Marchesa.com within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund. The return must arrive back to our warehouse 14 days from the delivery date.
You must submit a return request prior to shipping your parcel and a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be sent to you via email. Returns will be refused without prior notification and will be returned to the sender. If you wish to use your own return label, please make sure this has tracking information available. We will not be responsible if your parcel is lost and there is no way of tracking it.
Returned merchandise must be in their original condition with the security tag attached in order to be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 7-10 business days for returns to be processed and refunded back to the original method of payment.
What is your international return policy?
Marchesa is unable to provide international return labels. The client is responsible for shipping back to Marchesa. We recommend to use a shipping method with delivery confirmation. Please address returns to:

Can I purchase extra fabrics for your gowns?
Unfortunately, we do not carry extra fabric of our styles. In an effort to be sustainable, we only order the amount needed to create the styles ordered. We do recommend Mood Fabrics in NYC for suitable fabric options.
Do you offer price adjustments?

How does Fit Predictor calculate fit predictions?
Fit Predictor calculates fit predictions from the Size Calculator or collected from your previous purchases and combines it with the personal fit preferences of like-minded shoppers to determine the size that’s right for you across different brands and categories.
Does Fit Predictor always give me the same size recommendation for each garment?
No, Fit Predictor knows that sizing varies from one garment to another including within a single designer’s products. This means that for each individual product you browse, the fit prediction is recalculated based on the designers in your fit profile and customized specifically to that product for you.
What is a fit profile?
Your fit profile is made up of items you have purchased from Marchesa, as well as any entries you have inputted via Fit Predictor’s Size Calculator. Fit Predictor then uses your fit profile to calculate your best size for each specific item you browse.
How can I add more items to my fit profile?
You are able to add additional items to your Fit Profile by clicking the ‘Add More’ button in the bottom right corner of the Fit Profile screen. You will then be taken to the Size Calculator, where you can add additional items to your fit profile. Purchases will automatically be added to your fit profile.
How can I remove items from my fit profile?
You are able to remove items to your fit profile by clicking the ‘Edit’ in the bottom right corner of the Fit Profile screen. After clicking Edit, please select the items you would like to remove from your fit profile and then click Save to apply these changes. If you would like to cancel your changes, please simply click Cancel.
Do I need a fit profile in order to see a size recommendation?
Yes, your fit profile enables Fit Predictor to understand what items fit you well to calculate your best fitting size.
I received size recommendations for tops, but not for bottoms, why?
You need a separate fit profile each of the categories you shop. If you have a fit profile for dresses, but not for bottoms, simply create a fit profile by answering the three questions for one brand, category and size you know fits you to start receiving recommendations.
I already know my size for this brand/garment, but Fit Predictor is telling me to buy a different size. What should I do?
Fit Predictor is here to help but we recommend you buy the size with which you are most comfortable.
I purchased the Fit Predictor recommended size, and I don't like how my item fits - what should I do?
Fit Predictor looks at past purchases that fit you well and combines them with preferences from other shoppers like you. These help Fit Predictor understand how you like to wear your clothes (loose, fitted, etc.) to calculate your best size across and within brands.
However, if you find you do not like the recommended fit please visit our feedback form to help us understand why you didn’t like the fit.
To give feedback, simply click the Question Mark icon in the bottom left of the Fit Predictor screen and submit your issue in the Feedback form. Please include a detailed description. The Fit Predictor team will investigate and work to fix this issue for you.

What does it mean if the recommended size is unavailable?
The size is either sold out or not available as an option to purchase.
How are the brands determined in the drop down menu?
Fit Predictor uses brands who are both relevant to the product you are viewing and whose sizes are highly consistent to provide a reliable basis for your size recommendations.
